GIVING WHERE WE LIVE.

Community involvement has always been important to me, which is why giving where we live has always been a top priority for my company.

I’ve lived here in Maryland my entire life, and I’m honored to be an involved member of my local community. I proudly support the community throughout the year by sponsoring, donating to, and offering my time to local organizations and events – schools, youth programs (GirlScouts, SAC soccer, and HCYP baseball & softball), senior support and assisted living communities, churches, charities, and more.

    My wife Tracy and I have personally co-chaired various balls and galas – the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball, Gilchrist Hospice’s Taste of Howard County.

    Together with our children, we as a family support various other causes such as Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Alzheimer’s Association, Building Homes for Heroes to name a few.

    The Bob Lucido Fields at Covenant Park are known as one of the premier soccer facilities throughout the country. They’re home to Soccer Association of Columbia (SAC), Maryland's largest youth soccer club, for everything from 3-year-old kiddie clinics all the way up to 19-year-old travel teams.

    I’m a huge proponent and advocate for our youth programs, and I offer $1,000 to the SAC scholarship program when a SAC member buys or sells a home with our team.

    I hold premium sponsorships at our local Elementary, Middle, and High Schools, and I often contribute additionally by offering my time. I truly enjoy speaking to students about goals, coaching, and mentorship. I’ve been invited to speak at career days, business classes, and leadership seminars for students of all ages - - and I truly love it.
